Quality is ensured by a 49-technician QC team with the use of fine testing devices, such as constant-temperature boxes, aging chambers, and salt spray and resistance testers, ensuring every piece to be delivered is defect-free. In addition, we conduct special contact resistance tests to control the INT problem. Our products are green and in compliance with WEEE/RoHS, REACH, and HF (EN71-3) standards.

We will do the test according to the incoming quality check standards, parts drawing, incoming material management form, and other SOP.
Machinery/Production Process
The QC Department should hang the SOP before mass production. First-part checking: We should do the first-part checking before starting production or changing the line or making changes to the process every day. Patrol check: We should do the patrol check for every process station per hour and record the results on the daily patrol check report according to the process checking items. Check deadline: samples within 4 hours. Testing management method: We do the sampling test according to GB/T 2828.1- 2003/ISO 2859.1-1999 LEVEL II.

The 2017 NAMM Show was held in Anaheim Convention Center Anaheim, CA from January 19th to 22nd 2017 which was organized by the National Association of Music Merchants. Hooya Electronics attended the exhibition with its own products under three brands, they are Hooya, Legion, Rocktek. Our high-quality "6.35 Audio Jack Series, XLR Connector Series, Speakon Jack Series" won a lot of attention from both domestic and overseas Audio manufacturers during the trade show.
